UK Next Day Delivery
Next working day delivery applies to all UK mainland orders placed before 1.00pm Monday – Friday (excluding bank holidays) All parcels will be tracked with proof of postage and signature upon receipt for peace of mind. You will receive an email/text with a delivery window on the day of your delivery. Unless you request otherwise the courier may leave the parcel with a neighbour if no-one is at the delivery address to sign for the goods.
UK Standard Delivery
If you choose this option your order will be delivered within 5 working days of dispatch. An email notification will be sent on the day of dispatch. Your parcel will need a signature upon receipt however if you are not at the address to sign for the delivery, it may be left in a safe place or with a neighbour.
EU and International Delivery
All deliveries should be made within the time frame specified however some countries may experience delays due to customs which is beyond our control. Those customers may also have to pay custom duties and taxes. These are local fees and a cost to the customer, they are not included in your invoice from Lovarni. All EU and International deliveries will require a signature on receipt.
In addition to the Distance Selling Regulations, you can return any full priced item within 14 working days of receipt for a refund or an exchange (subject to availability). Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on sale goods however if the item is unsuitable we will issue a credit note. For returns made outside the Distance Selling Regulations, we will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them.
Please note that in the interests of hygiene, some items which are individually marked with a "*" next to the product name cannot be returned, unless they have remained in their original wrapping or are faulty.
In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition. All goods will be inspected on return.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility and will not be reimbursed by Lovarni.
If you have received an item that is faulty you will need to email email@example.com prior to sending the garment/s back to us so that we can issue you with a reference number.
Refunds will be issued upon receipt and take 5-10 working days to show back in your account.
If you choose to exchange an item you will be charged postage. All exchanges are subject to availability.
In order to return an item you are required to complete the enclosed returns form. Failure to do so will result in a delay of up to 30 days in processing your return.
As soon as we receive your returned goods we will process your request. Replacement goods held in stock will be dispatched within seven working days. If your chosen substitute is not in stock we will refund your account.
