Do I need to register before I can place an order?

You are not required to login before you start shopping. Simply browse through the website and when you’ve finished shopping proceed to the checkout. First time buyers will be required to fill in their details thus creating an account whereas existing buyers just need to enter their login details.

What happens if I forget my password?

When you reach step 2 of the checkout click where is says ‘forgotten password’. You will then be asked for your email address and your password will be emailed to you.

How do I know if my order has been dispatched?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive notification by email.

When will I receive my order?

For all orders dispatched by DPD (UK mainland and Europe) you will receive either a text message or email providing a tracking reference and an hour delivery window on the day of delivery. The majority of international deliveries will be dispatched by Royal Mail. You will receive a tracking reference once dispatched. Unfortunately once the goods reach the delivery country, tracking information is limited. Please click here for delivery time frames 

Do I need to sign for the order upon delivery?

A signature is required for all orders upon delivery. If no-one is at the address to sign for the goods the driver may leave with a neighbour. If you do not wish for your order to be left with a neighbour please email us as soon as you receive the dispatch email if not before.

I have not received my order. What should I do?

On the rare occasion that your order doesn’t arrive within the time frame given please email, quoting your order number. We will then be able to contact the courier service used for more information. Please allow the full time frame given to pass before contacting us.

What can I do if something is wrong with my order?

If you receive the wrong item, something is missing or faulty please email and we will respond as quickly as possible. Please try to give us as much information in your email as possible, including your order number so that we can resolve the situation ASAP. Our customers have a duty to inform us of any problem with their order as soon as it is received. 

I have lost my returns note. What should i do?                                                      

Don't worry, we will still be able to process your return providing you enclose a note confirming your order number/name. We would also suggest providing an email address so that we can contact you if we have problems finding the order on our system. For full details on our returns policy click here

Have you received my return?                                                                                     

We aim to process all returns on the day of receipt.  Once the return has been processed you will receive confirmation by email. If it has been more than 3 working days and you have not received any correspondence from us regarding your return please email

Can I place an order over the phone?                                                        

Unfortunately we are unable to take any details over the phone for security reasons. All orders need to be placed through our website. If problems persist please email and we will try to offer as much help as we can.

How can I contact you?

For all queries please email or fill in the contact form online. Unfortunately we do not provide a contact number as we have an email only policy.

Can I cancel an order?

Once the order has been confirmed and the payment has been processed we are unable to cancel all/part of the order. Customers do have 14 days to return all/part of their order if unsuitable.

Can I find out if certain styles will be restocked?

Unfortunately we are unable to confirm if/when certain styles will be coming back into stock. We would advise clicking on the out of stock size that you wish to order and then clicking on ‘email me’ when prompted. You will then receive an email if/when stock is available to buy.

Are your sizes standard UK sizes?

Yes. All sizes listed online are UK sizes. If you are unsure what size to order please email

Can I subscribe to your newsletter?

Yes of course! When signing up you will be given the option to subscribe to our newsletter. Alternatively just fill in your email address at the bottom right hand corner of the homepage and you will start receiving our newsletters.
